What we collect
Only what you type into our contact form: your name, email, company, team size, the service you are interested in, whether you need remote or on-site (Karachi) support, and your message.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the service. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it goes
Your inquiry is emailed to our support mailbox and saved in a private file on our web hosting. To limit spam, a short-lived anonymous marker based on your connection is kept for up to 24 hours.
Third parties
The 3D background loads a library from the Cloudflare cdnjs network, which can see your IP address when it serves that file. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to show or delete the information you sent by emailing support@itcityhub.com.
